Warranty Policy

Every Lifecore product comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery.

WHAT IS COVERED

Manufacturing defects, electrical faults, motor issues, battery defects, and structural issues.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, or water damage beyond normal use.

HOW TO CLAIM

Email info@lifecorewellness.com.au with a description and photos of the issue. We will assess and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
