Warranty

Lifecore Wellness products are backed by warranty, with terms varying by component:

Wheelchair frame: 3 years
Motor, joystick and battery: 2 years
Wheels, armrest pad and battery charger: 6 months

Within the warranty period, replacement parts are supplied free of charge. We will guide you through the replacement process and arrange support to get your equipment back up and running as quickly as possible.

Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
